Can a backup generator qualify, if it runs on biofuels?

We have a PV array installed on our campus, under the same ownership, but not on the building or within the LEED project boundary. Can we count that toward EAc2?

Energy cost - Offset

Dear All

We are working in a project where the green power is purchased for $0.10/unit, where the conventional energy cost is around $0.12/unit. Can we offset an energy cost through this cost difference and claim savings in optimized energy performance, (i.e. Baseline case with conventional energy cost $0.12/unit and proposed case with green power cost $0.10/unit)
