I took the decision to be a LEED consultant, especially in Energy simulation. so what are the requirements for the LEED certification, qualifications, minimum experience, which program is needed?. i need the oversees for this prerequisite requirements.

No specific credential, qualification, or minimum experience is required. The program you use must comply with ASHRAE 90.1-2010 Appendix G (G2.2). There are many programs which comply.
