Energy and water reporting missing

Hi

I have been contacted by a company owning a LEED certified building. Thay have forgotten to report the energy and water use for a couple of years. Is it possible to rectify this now or how should they best proceed?

If no one else answers I would suggest just going through the usage/billing records and sending the reports now. Or start as of now. The information is used by the EPA and other agencies for aggregate building energy performance by type.
