Hi, I'm curious whether the USGBC/CaGBC has a generally accepted endpoint to ESC monitoring on a construction project, or whether it is left to professional judgement.    I.e. does USGBC expect ESC monitoring to continue through to Occupancy?  Or can it end when the building construction is above-grade (excavation and dewatering works finished) and the building is connected to the municipal storm sewer.      If monitoring must continue through to Occupancy, can a scaled down approach be used - i.e. only monitor areas where exposed soil / landscaping exists until it is fully seeded / planted.
