NC-v4 EQp1:Minimum indoor air quality performance

EN 13779–2007

We are deciding between the use of EN 15251 and the use of ASHRAE 62.1. Do you have experience in applying EN 13779–2007? I've started to read that and I'm wondering whether there are aspects that are particularly critical. Best Regards

In EN 13779 Table A.9 is relative to "Rates of outdoor or transferred air per unit floor area (net area) for rooms not designed for human occupancy".  In your opinion, to which spaces shall it be applied? Are spaces that are considered not occupiable according to the IEQ Space Matrix of LEED (e.g. "Egress stairway") exempted?
