Is all solid wood considered inherently non-emitting? I’ve seen sources that say only solid wood flooring counts as inherently non-emitting.

NC-v4 EQc2:Low emitting materials

Emission testing requirements for Solid wood

Hello,

Per the reference guide, untreated and unfinished solid wood can be considered inherently non-emitting if used as a flooring material. So all hardwood products used for non-flooring applications in a project must use CDPH V1.1-2010 testing methods- Correct?
