Hi, On a Multiple Building certification a elevator is independent from several buildings that use its service. It is located on a central square that is accessible to several buildings. How to consider the Elevator electric consumption? can it be divided and proportionally included for the buildings that use the elevator service or can it be not considered at all? Thanks.

Hard to say the best approach. You do have to include it if it is within the LEED Project Boundary. So divide it proportionally (make sure you explain this to the reviewer) or just include it with one of the buildings (and explain to the reviewer why there is no elevator use in the other buildings).
