Electricity Monitoring

Would the intent of the credit be satisfied if only electric end uses were monitored - say plug loads, lighting loads, mechanical loads, and one appliance to get our four loads. We are finding BTU monitoring to be cost prohibitive.

Yes, monitoring all the electric end uses in the project would meet the intent of the credit, as electric monitoring systems are more advanced (and more affordable) than BTU monitoring systems at this point.
