Hi All, I am working on a LEED v4 Core and Shell project which is proposing to install the infrastructure for the installation of an Electric Vehicle Charging Point. The infrastructure will be installed as part of the CS scope of work while the actual car charging machine will be entered into the Green Lease Agreement requiring the tenant to install the Green Vehicle Charging Machine upon fit-out. Will this approach be accepted by the USGBC for the CS Project to obtain the Green Vehicles Credit? Your advice on this will be much appreciated.

Hello, Any progress on this issue? We are also working on a LEED v4 C&S project and we have the same situation described above. The infrastructure for the installation of the Electric Vehicle Charging Points was installed, but the building tenant is responsible for providing the the Green Vehicle Charging Machine. Francis McNulty (or anyone), could you tell us if USGBC accepted the justification that you raised? Thank you in advance. Regards.
