Hello Fellow LEED Users,
I'm looking for advice.
I'm working on a Core & Shell warehouse project. The warehouse is going to have electric forklifts and I'm wondering since I can not use this under the transportation credit (green vehicles) could i get any points under innovations.
Any suggestions???
Thanks in advance!

Cora, if it's already covered in a regular credit, you can't get credit for it under Innovation. That's the rule.
The best path I could think of to try to do this is to comprehensively attempt the EBOM credit for electric equipment, as an innovation credit. I'm not saying that's likely to work... just the best idea I can think of.

Hi Tristan,
Thanks for you comment.
Unfortunately I don't think I can go for the EBOM Credit as its a new Core & Shell project (Correct me if I'm wrong!)

Cora, it's definitely a stretch as you would have to comprehensively address the strategy in operations, but you're not existentially ineligible.
