Has anyone had experience submitting this for a high-rise residential project? We are wrapping up our NCv3 project, and we're looking for one more ID point.

The project has all LED lights in all fixtures installed by the building owner, but there are almost 350 residential units, which would be extremely impractical to survey. Many are not even rented yet. The EBOM credit allows for exclusion of 10% of GSF, but this would obviously be way beyond that.
