Hi Kath,
The campus credits are generally not dependent on a performance period therefore the timing of the campus submittal and the individual building submittals can be different. See the language below from the LEED Campus Guidance published in 2014.
"The master site may be used to pre‐approve policies, plans and campus credits that are not dependent on a performance period. Individual projects may subsequently submit with project specific performance periods for all other credits."

The SSc3 LEEDonLine form requires a performance period to show compliance. Should those just be left blank? Thanks!

Hi Kath,
I believe you could leave the performance period dates blank in this case because those credits are not dependent on a performance period. If the form for some reason asks you to input a date, I would recommend you put in place holders for what you think the performance period dates would be. Either way you should not get flagged for this.
