It's not clear to me if energy consumption data collected for EA credit 1 (energy performance) needs to be from the period after registering an EBOM project. Could I register, then input data from 9 months before registration, add data for the next 3 months after registration (to meet the minimum 12 month requirement) and be compliant with this credit? I'm trying to determine the shortest duration allowed from registration to certificate application, to give my client an idea of how short the process could be.
