Dear All:- Is there any specific input file available for LEED CI like "Revised input file 1.4" in LEED NC what are the documents we need to submit for EA CR 1.3 & EA PR 02

The documentation for all LEED credits is spelled out in the Reference Guide and within the LEED credit form. You would use the same 1.4 tables if following the Appendix G modeling protocol. If not you should provide you own summary of the modeling inputs.

Good morning! Can you tell me if submitting our full COMcheck report to demonstrate compliance for EAp2 is an acceptable alternative to completing and submitting the ASHRAE 90.1 Compliance Form as requested on the template? Thanks so much for your assistance!

I am not sure. Does the COMcheck report provide all of the information found on the ASHRAE forms. If it does then yes, if it doesn't then no.
