Does anyone have access to a working LEED Online template? My project is in precertification, forms not yet available. The one on the USGBC online access website is broken, or gets broken whenever I try to select option 2. My adobe opens the form alright and is working with LEED Online version 3 projects.
I can of course use my old version 3 tool, as no major changes made, it seems.
Cross posted in CS forum as well.

Jens, is this where you're getting your forms from?
LEED Online sample forms
These are the actual LEED Online forms, so they should work, or at least be the state of the art.

Yes, from that location or directly from the credit page, makes no difference. As soon as I click the radio button for option 2 I get an error and the form goes blank. Using Adobe 11, in LEED Online all is working fine. I just can't check the LEED version 4 forms directly in LEED Online.

Hi Jens, I did a test run of the form to see if it works for me, and Option 2 loaded like it should. I downloaded a fresh copy of the form through the link Tristan provided. I'm using the cloud version of Adobe... it sounds like your computer programs might be causing the issue.

Thanks Trista, I just tested on a different computer with Adobe Reader DC installed and both the EAc6 form and LEED Online templates work, though the system requirement check shows incompatibility of Reader DC. Maybe there has been an update on LEED Online as some weeks ago I had specifically Adobe Reader XI installed, as newer versions were not working.
Seems to work now, solved. Thanks, Jens
