Just trying to understand how the points are awarded for this credit. Option 3 is worth 1 point. Either option 1 or 2 are worth 3 points? If we go for Option 1 and 3, is option 3 claimed under the ID Exemplary credits?

Correct Options 1 and 2 are worth 3 points. Note that IPMVP Option B does not readily apply to most LEED projects. You can earn an additional point as an exemplary performance ID credit by implementing Option 3. Make sure you indicate the correct method (third party data source) for reporting your data to GBCI in the PIF 1 Minimum Program Requirements.
