EAc1: equivalence energy calculation for french project ???

Hello, I'd like to know if anyone can appreciate the levl of results for a french project under ASHRAE ? Having never done the calculation energy of difficle to approach the level attainable, even if the project is very effective. In addition, it seems to be possible to assert another calculation method (RT rench calculation) provided evidence that the simulation is considered equivalent to ASHRAE study in terms of performance. I can't even predict the results for a USA based project ahead of time! You will need to follow ASHRAE 90.1-2007 Appendix G for the Baseline model. Evaluating equivalency to 90.1 is a significant undertaking and cannot be accomplished within an individual LEED review. Some countries have demonstrated equivalency but those results are evaluated by the local green building council not the USGBC/GBCI. Not sure where France stands in this regard.
