EA P2- ASHRAE 90.1 Compliance (Minimum Equipment Efficiency)

Hi,
we are working on LEED Silver project in Abu Dhabi as MEP contractor. our project is supplied chilled water from other party. it is told to us by client that while procuring the downstram equipments, we have to make sure their minimum equipment efficiencies are meeting ASHRAE 90.1. (all other specifications are provided by consultants except min. efficiency.)

But when I checked the 90.1-2007 (tables 6.8.1A to 6.8.1G); I couldn't find Min. Equip Efficiency for chilled water Heat Exchanger, AHU, fan coil unit.
where can I find the min. equip efficiencies of these equipments?

your help will be appriciated!
