NC-v4 EQp1:Minimum indoor air quality performance

Does restrooms exhaust can comply with the prerequisite requirements in a residential building?

Dear All,

We are working on a naturally ventilated residential project with 295 dwelling units. The project comply with the monitoring requirements. 

Can we comply with the ventilation requirements considering contious exhaust from the restrooms, with a exhaust rate equivalent to the ventilation requirement. Is this enogh to satisfy with the requirement?
