usgbc.org/articles/how-document-leed-v41-credit-substitutions...this is the same link as above that works when I go to it from my saved shortcuts, but for some reason, does not link when clicked on through here. Weird!
Try using the "Search" function in the top right of the USGBC website and enter "How to document LEED v4.1 credit substitutions". It should list it in the top results. At the time of this post, it's result #4 in the list when I do it.
