Dear Gurus,
I am curating/hosting a panel at CarbonPositive RESET:
DESIGNED FOR CLIMATE: A New Construction Showcase
North & South America: September 8, 2020 | 4:45-5:25pm (PST)
It will highlight 3 projects from different firms that focus on actions in the 1.5°Climate Action Commitment (reductions in operational and embodied emissions). One slot is promised (to HDR for a US project) so I'm looking for Central and South American projects (by firms not already represented in the RESET event as speakers, such as Gensler, CallisonRTKL, Perkins + Will, Leddy Maytum Stacy, Sasaki, LMN, EskewDumezRipple).
If any Green Guru folks have suggestions of projects by their firms or others they know, I would love to hear these by August 24 (or sooner!). Project name + contact info for architect (or other) would be ideal and any other info/comment also welcome. I will be reaching out to leaders with Latin American contacts and others, so tangential recommendations like that are also welcome -- I'd love to find the most beautiful and carbon innovative projects possible.
