Do we count all car parking lots of the base building in comparison with the Base ratios?

Hi LEED experts, for option1, in comparison with the Base Ratios, will we just count car parking lots that are owned and used by the fit-out projects? we won't count the entire parking lots of the base building? Thanks for your advice.

If your project is one of several tenants within a base building, it may be the case that the lease specifies a number of spaces that are assumed for your tenant only. If you have that info, then I would include only those allocated spaces in your calcs. If your tenant's occupants have access to all spaces in the lot, though, it may be wiser to count all spaces available, but base the total baseline as all SF for the whole base building, rather than only your space. Hope that makes sense.
