What types of interior conditioned spaces qualify for this credit? Do staff lounges, waiting rooms, family rooms and/or chapel/religious spaces count?

Hi Kendall - As you know, indoor spaces can count towards only 30% of the total, but assuming you have the rest covered through outdoor spaces, so long as all the requirements listed under the credit are met (mainly the 90% direct line of sight access to views of nature), I believe you could use the spaces you have listed. This credit is all about health benefits tied to access to nature, fresh air, daylighting, views, relaxation, stress relief, etc. Hoping this helps.
