Do I need to document out of scope HVAC equipment?

Hi, Given that only the portions of the building as covered by the tenant’s scope of work need to comply with ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1–2007, do we need to document those that are out of the scope of work? I am working on a project where all of the AHUs, except for one, are provided by the building owner. The scope of work only includes the provision of one AHU, the redistribution of existing units, and the ductwork. What documentation am I supposed to submit? I assume it is only the HVAC Mandatory Provisions of new AHU and the ductwork, am I correct? Thanks for your help.

Just document the provisions within the project's scope of work. You will need to comply with the prescriptive provisions as well as the mandatory or do a Section 11 model.
