I'm referring to the LEEDuser sample provided. I'm also wondering why the letter does not include reference to construction waste management and IAQ. It seems that as a general note to all contractors involved this would be helpful.

It is the word document "Sample letter to contractor" attached to several of the credits in the document toolkit. Also, the ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS REPORTING FORM has part of it's right side cut off in the pdf.

Chris, the sample letter has been updated in all the credits where it's included with mention of Sections 31 and 32, for example in NC-2009 MRc4. The reason that we've chosen not to address CWM and IEQ during construction with this letter is because we are speaking about tracking cut sheets and materials only. Those two credits don’t totally fit in with the materials tracking process stuff. If you disagree, of course, this is just a suggested template and feel free to modify it. If you do include additional language, I'd be curious to see it—maybe it would be worth including!
