Diversity factor of Server machine

Hi, We are working on a LEED New Construction for Data Center project. I would like to confirm on my understanding. How much can we use as diversity factor for server machine? Please clarify of this issue

The diversity should match the expected operation. I am not aware of any specific requirement for it. If you wish to claim savings for the data center equipment you can follow this methodology. http://qas.usgbc.org/resources/minimum-energy-performance-data-center-calculator
