NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

District or not district?

I have a building composed of two parts: a warehouse and an office. Office is served by district heating and cooling and warehouse is serve by a stan alone heat pump unit (that is not a part of the district system).

I would know how to submit this project: I thinck it is a district project but I am not sure. 

For another district building I have used the Path 1, can I use it for this one? In which way?

Treat the office under the DES and the warehouse following Appendix G. I don't see why you couldn't use path 1. The hot water/chilled water to the office would be purchased energy and defined by Appendix G.
