If the project is served by a district cooling plant outside LEED project boundary , does the chilled water count as process water and needs to be included in water efficiency calculations?

For the purposes of this Credit's calcs, process water does not get tracked with the indoor water use fixtures--it's flush and flow fixtures only. So, the cooling plant will not contribute to the calculations.
