Hi,

I have a project where a tenant takes a whole building. There is a main entrance in the lobby and entrances through a garage. At this point it is quite uncertain whether the lease agreement will regard the whole building or exclude the lobby and the building core.

Since we are the only tenant and the entrances will be used by our occupants only, are the entryway systems in the garage required in any of these situations? Occupants will go through the entrances to the elevators and then to a particular floor - is this a direct access to the exterior?
