Our project (NCv4.1) consists of production area (regulary occupied) and office area.
Can we applay strategies 1(Glare Control),2(Color Rendering),3(Lighting Control) for production area and strategies 1,2,4(Surface Reflectivity) for office area? Or should we use the same 3 strategies for the whole project?
Thank you for help!

Bumping this thread - has anyone tried a combination of strategies in different spaces? Thanks!

My guess is that Options cannot be mixed / matched throughout the project. Credit language of the v4.1 ref guide states:
"Opt 1 for all regularly occupied spaces" "Opt 2 for all regularly occupied spaces" "Opt 3 for 90% of occupant spaces "Opt 4 for at least 90% of regularly occupied spaces"
I would bet GBCI would consider pursuing different options in different parts of the building as 'credit gerrymandering'.

I'll have to check with them on some specific projects - it seems like with different functional areas like in An's example above, different strategies would meet the needs better.

Hello Emily, did you find any examples where this approach would be acceptable?

Not yet. Anyone else? Would be great to hear what strategies, if any, have been acceptable to GBCI. Mixed-use buildings seem like a good fit for different approacjes in different spaces.
