Hi,
If we have a project that will have landscape and a green roof which will have different irrigation system whereas no permanent irrigation system will be installed on the landscape and the install permanent one on the green roof, can we still get 4 points for Option 2? How to describe this on the leedonline form?

The green roof counts as landscape for the purposes of your calculation. In order to achieve the full 4 points, you would need some form of water reclamation (grey water, rain water, etc.) to meet the irrigation demand from the green roof irrigation.

Thank you William, so then we're allowed to install permanent irrigation, as long as we don't use potable water, right? We do intend to use rainwater from artificial pond all year round, both for landscaping and for sewage conveyance. Where or from who can we get this form of water reclamation? Do you happen to have some kind of example/sample of this form?

That is correct, you can install a permanent irrigation system and still achieve the 4 points, provided that you are using non-potable water. The two easiest strategies are to use either a cistern or a stormwater retention pond. You just need to provide documentation demonstrating that the cistern or pond has sufficient supply to meet the irrigation demand.
If using a cistern, Contech has a pretty good online calculator that you can use to demonstrate capacity: http://www.conteches.com/Design-Toolbox/DYO-Project.aspx
Ponds are a little trickier, as the reviewer will often ask to see documentation for the pond's maximum capacity, average constant capacity, and may also ask you to account for seasonal variations.
