For the Development Density calculations our project has an 880 ft DD radius . Are the buildings that are intersected by the Development Density Radius counted completely withing the density calculation or does the surface need to be pro-rated to the part within the circle?

Per the LEED Reference Guide, any properties that intersect the density boundary should be included in the density calculations in full.
