Where do I draw the radius from?

Is one building or residential area enough to satisfy the residential density requirement?

My project has access to services that seem to be basic, but are not listed in the LEED Reference Guide—like insurance company, nail salon, auto repair shop. Will these count?

CS-2009 SSc2:Development Density and Community Connectivity

Development Density Calculations

For the Development Density calculations our project has an 880 ft DD radius . Are the buildings that are intersected by the Development Density Radius counted completely withing the density calculation or does the surface need to be pro-rated to the part within the circle? Thanks in advance

Hi Amanda, Per the LEED Reference Guide, any properties that intersect the density boundary should be included in the density calculations in full. Karin
