NC-v4 EAc2:Optimize energy performance

DES and maximum points achievable

Under v3, there was a limit to how many points you could earn if you modeled with a DES.  We don't see that same limit in the v4 Reference Guide, and are wondering/ hoping whether the limit has gone away.  Can you theoretically earn all 19 points when modeling with a DES?

Yes the point floor and cap have gone away in v4.
