CI-v4 MRp2:Construction and demolition waste management planning

Demolition Waste for entire building vs area designated to be LEED Certified.

We are renovating a 84,000 sqft warehouse and only LEED Certifying a portion of it 9865 sqft.  Should all the construction waste & recycling only be calculated for the small area being certified (in the LEED Boundry).  Or can the contractor track all waste & recycling for the whole building and divide it per a percentage that is being certified?

Timothy - My apologies for a delayed response. The answer to your first question is Yes. And the answer to your second question is No.
