Hi,

We have a CS project that will have retail space on the ground level floor, and office space for the rest of the building. I have searched through the comments on LEEDUser, and it seems to vary what people consider mixed use to mean. The glossary on USGBC states the following: "project involves a combination of residential and commercial or retail components."
So, based on that, since we do not have residential, our project would not be mixed use.
Can someone please confirm that this approach is correct?
