NC-v4 EQc2:Low emitting materials

definition of composite wood and tectum panels?

We are a GC on a 2009 NC project. our Sub is installing Tectum finale panels are made from: mineral wool (rock) and aspen trees. Tectum Finalé Panels contain no Urea Formaldehyde. Would LEED consider these tectum panels to be composite wood and thus required to be listed under EQc4.4 in 2009? I assume so but wonder if someone else having used them knows with more certainty. THANKS!
