We are working on an Office Tower in the center of Salt Lake City. The location is very well served by mass transit every day of the week, with more than enough rides to qualify for 6 points on weekdays and Saturdays, but just a few short on Sundays, when the city pretty much shuts down except for religious services, and any stores that open only do so after noon. Is the weekend number supposed to reflect the least served day, the most served day or an average of the two?
