Hello everyone, We are currently working on a C&S office building, that has also some retail space and a health club space in one floor. We have been using the default occupancy table in Appendix 1 to determine FTEs and Transients, but there is no mention on these figures for healt clubs, gyms or anything the like. The space will be leased, so we don´t know the actual occupancy. Does anybody know where we could find this information? Thanks!!
