Can we use the default (45%) for total materials cost for a LEED V4.1 ID+C interiors project? I am hearing that we can but the most current copy of the LEED guidebood for ID+C states that for ID+C projects you cannot and have to use Actual cost. Was this changed in V4.1? Please advise, Thanks.
