Daylight measurement requirements...

I am not finding any parameters for the daylight measurement option as far as times of day or other issues. The project is a bank branch, and I imagine we will need to have electric lights turned off to provide an accurate measurement of the daylighting. Where can I find procedural guidance for this option? Thank you.

There is no specific date or time of day in regards to when to take the measurements. Take the measurements on a clear day around noon. Create your grid on a floor plan prior to taking the measurements. Hold the meter at 30 inches. Pretty simple for this version.
