I've read up on this topic previously but am still quite confused.
When running the daylight analysis for a large elementary school, 9 AM ran at 90% and 3 PM ran at 77%. I've input in the Daylight Spreadsheet and View Calculator the worst case for each individual room, so now I am only at 73% for the entire building. There is no way to get any credits even though at 9 AM and 3 PM individually I am over 75%?

Actually its the area within each space that is compliant at both times. So in reality its not worst case scenario eventhough many folks use worst case and many, including myself reference worst case as the compliant area. Things to check, all sim inputs;make sure you have the right number of ambient bounces and proper VLTs and reflectances. Is your grid set properly. Do you have spaces that do not need to be included, included in the calcs. All individual offices can be 100% compliant by just reaching 75%.
