NC-v4 LTc6:Bicycle facilities

Cycle lane between project and Bicycle Network

Hello, I have a quick question and I would very much appreciate if someone could assist. I understand from the LEED guidance that there is no requirement for provision of a dedicated cycle lane between the project and the bicycle network and I wonder if my understanding is correct?
