CI-v4 EAc1:Enhanced commissioning

The project is under 20,000 sq. ft and only a tenant finish in an existing building. Can the CxA be an employee of the design firm for the enhanced Cx?

No, in all cases to get enhanced credit, the CxA cannot be a member of the design or construction firms. The contracting for the firm has a little more flexibility, ie being a sub-consultant.
