Hello all,
We are working on a project in which is important for our scope to achieve 2 points under MRc3 credit. Due to the construction typology of the project, it is difficult for us to achieve the required percentage for getting 2 points under v4.1 substitution. That is why we are trying to find CSR that meet LEED Requirements, but in previous projects where we tried to achieve this option, the reviewer answer was the following:
The documentation does not demonstrate compliance for the following reasons.
1. The reports from the raw material suppliers are not provided. These must include raw material supplier extraction locations, a
commitment to long-term ecologically responsible land use, a commitment to reducing environmental harms from extraction
and/or manufacturing processes, and a commitment to meeting applicable standards or programs voluntarily that address
responsible sourcing criteria.
2. The documentation provided is company-specific rather than product (installed in the project) specific.
3. It is not clear that at least 90% of the contents of the product are from raw materials covered by a compliant report.
We are lost in finding reports with that characteristics. Could someone help us with one example of compliance reports to know what to specifically look for (or ask for it from the manufacturers)?
On the other hand, and trying to achieve credit requirements by following different paths, Where can find any USGBC Approved programs list to see if it is possible to pursue that path?
Thank you.

From my experience, there aren't really any that do - that's why USGBC got rid of that option altogether in LEED v4.1. You may be better off looking elsewhere for another point. Material Ingredient Optimization (Option2) is now pretty achievable with the new updates in 4.1, requiring only 5 compliant products. Also note the SRM requirement for 2 points dropped to 30% a few weeks back.
