We have a CI project attempting the daylight credit through option 1 - sDA and ASE simulation as per LEED. The project is meeting the required average sDA for total regularly occupied area and while the average ASE is <10%, we have 2 spaces with ASE slightly greater than 10%. Does providing a design implementation narrative to control ASE meets credit compliance requirement ?
