We are certifying an airport and we would like to know if the counters need to have task lighting. The IEQ Space Matrix does not include this type of building.

I would follow the guidance in the IEQ space matrix for transportation terminals- ticket and agent counters. Task lighting is not needed but the areas are considered multi occupant spaces.
