I have a few question, hope you guys can help me:

1. On average, how big will the difference in costs be between implementing LEED NC and LEED EBOM for the owner?

2. If the owner decide to pursue LEED EBOM instead of LEED NC, then, once the building construction is finished, can they immediately register their building under LEED EBOM project or do they must have their building running at least 12 months to get the one year energy performance data before they can register the LEED EBOM project?

3. What is the general fee range for a LEED consultant (with a LEED AP) to carry out services/assistancy such as giving consultancy, documentation, project team management, filling out credit forms for preparation for LEED Online submittal? Both for LEED NC or for LEED EBOM.
