CS-2009 MRc5:Regional Materials

Core and Shell Scope & Tenant Scope

Hi, Project is registered on Core & Shell rating System CS V2.0. When i was working on Regional Material Credit MRc5, I found two Options. The First one is Core and Shell Scope & the second one is Tenant Scope, so Could anyone Explain me the difference between them and which one i have to choose and Why? Thanks
