Cooling Towers at Central Plant

If cooling towers are located offsite at a central utility plant, does the project need to comply with the cooling tower requirements of this prerequisite?

Hi Risto, If you're talking about purchased chilled water, then I don't think it would be in the required scope for the prerequisite.
