Joanna, multiple buildings must be registered separately, yes. I think you can use "campus credits" in a master project to get approval for some credits for multiple buildings—this may be of some help. In terms of slicing up the site, it should probably be divided in a logical way between buildings, but again, the campus guide has some guidance on this.If it's a really large project, the LEED Volume program might be cost-effective.
